Megan Phillips, CSW-PIP
I am clinical social worker with specific training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, mental health interventions for patients going through fertility challenges along with perinatal and post-partum mood concerns, and patients living with chronic pain and illnesses. My practice started with group and individual therapy sessions in a multidisciplinary clinic setting. I strive to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental, and supportive environment that guides individuals in creating a life they find fulfilling and meaningful, focusing on bolstering current strengths and utilizing techniques from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness oriented therapies, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I aim to use a variety of evidence based techniques suited to the individual to best meet goals, heal and improve quality of life. I offer a holistic and patient centered approach to therapy. My goal is to establish a strong rapport and connection with my clients so that our sessions are an environment of trust, security, and growth.
