What is it you’re hoping for? What do you need? Can things ever get better? When did they get this hard? Is there anything that might help?
Counseling is a place to explore and find help, healing, hope within yourself and with support from a therapist. Your willingness to explore support is already a mark of your courage and capability. Counseling reminds us we’re not alone, and it can bridge a gap between pain and relief, connection, understanding, acceptance, purpose. I promise to bring my experience as a therapist to join you in exploring your concerns, goals, strengths, and needs. I aim to meet you with honor, dignity, courage, competence, and some playfulness and humor. I ask that you allow yourself space to explore the possibility that things may be different, that you are already stronger than you know, and that these broken and painful places can be mended and made whole.
